The main partner

As part of the International Project Week, students will take part in a professional negotiation exercise based on real products from a Breton company. Working in teams, they will negotiate around the marketing and commercialization of these products, developing their communication, strategy, and negotiation skills.

Founded in 1853, Chancerelle is the oldest canned fish company in France. Located in Douarnenez, Brittany, the company is deeply rooted in the region and is a symbol of Breton expertise and tradition.

Chancerelle is best known for its high-quality canned fish products, especially sardines, tuna, and mackerel, produced under well-known brands such as Connétable. The company combines traditional know-how with modern production techniques, while focusing on sustainability and responsible fishing.

Today, Chancerelle represents an important actor of the Breton agri-food industry and will be at the heart of the professional negotiation challenge, where students will work around its products.

Les délices de Landeleau 

For more than half a century, the family-run crêperie Les Délices de Landeleau has been proudly preserving and passing on the authentic art of Breton crêpes and galettes. Rooted in a strong family tradition, our savoir-faire has been handed down from generation to generation, combining time-honored recipes with a deep respect for Breton culinary heritage. We carefully select quality ingredients to ensure generous flavors and consistent excellence in every dish. Kerné 

They produce one of the most renowned Breton artisanal ciders in the region. As the oldest artisanal cider house in Finistère, the Kerné cider house embodies generations of expertise and passion. Using traditional methods and carefully selected apples, their ciders reflect the richness of Breton terroir, combining character, balance, and authenticity. Each bottle tells the story of a long-standing heritage dedicated to quality and respect for tradition.
